RESPECT AND RECOGNITION

We acknowledge the Darkinjung people who are the traditional custodians of the land on which Darkinjung Barker stands. We pay respect to the Elders past and present and to our youth who are the future leaders of the Darkinjung nation.

We acknowledge the Wonnarua people who are the traditional custodians of the land on which Ngarralingayil Barker stands. We pay respect to their Elders past and present, and to the young people who are the future leaders of the Wonnarua and other nations.

We extend our respect to other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within our communities.
